Ziya Mansurovich Mansurov was born on December 17, 1916, in the village of Zitenbekovo, Dyurtyulinsky District, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in a peasant family.

Z. Mansurov simply and convincingly portrays the multifaceted ebullient working life of the people - the owner of the Soviet land, the doer of great deeds in the name of communism. He is a witty satirist.
Z. Mansurov created poetic works for children, contributing to their upbringing in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, native people.
He died on November 11, 1965, at the age of 48 in the hospital due to bronchitis.
