Mannur Talipovich Sattarov was born on November 29, 1920, in the village of Menglichevo (Abzaul), Kamsko-Ustinsky district of Tatarstan. Famous Tatar poet-satirist, participant of the Great Patriotic War. Until a ripe old age, Mannur Talipovich wrote and published a lot in magazines and newspapers: these were mainly humorous and satirical poems, as well as front-line memories.
In 2010 he became a Full Member (Academician) of the International Academy of Creativity.
Born into a peasant family. After graduating from a teacher's college (1938) he worked as a school director in the village. In 1939 he was drafted into the army. After the war, he entered the Kazan Pedagogical Institute, after which he worked as a teacher at a school
He died on November 11, 2016.
