Evgeny Mikhailovich Vinokurov was born on October 22, 1925, in Bryansk, USSR. Russian Soviet poet and teacher. Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1987). Member of the Writers' Union of the USSR. The first poems were published in 1948 in the Smena magazine with a foreword by I. G. Ehrenburg. In 1951 he graduated from the Literary Institute. A. M.
