Journalist and poet.
Akhmet Rashitov was born on March 25, 1936, in the village of Novye Chechkaby, Buynsky District of the Tatar ASSR in the family of a collective farmer.
Graduated from Kazan State University. After graduation, he worked as a literary employee in the newspaper "Brigadir" Apastovsky district, in the Kazan studio of television and Leninogorsk television. In addition to poetry, Akhmet Rashitov was engaged in journalism and translations.
